Your tasks will be to:

• Perform client consultations, generate sales, and meet targets.
• Answer and screen calls and schedule and manage appointments for the clinical team.
• Provide a professional, friendly experience for all clients and visitors, whether via phone, online, or in person.
• Checking clients in and out; billing.
• Knowledgeable on all medical spa services and retail products.
• Assist in scheduling client follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow-up calls, and appointment confirmations.
• Prepare daily financial and end-of-day closing reports.
• Effectively manage inventory.
• Clinic opening and closing.
• Promote clinic services and products.
• Other varied duties as requested by senior management.
